Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Because we care about product safety and freshness, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened. This allows us to guarantee that every order arrives brand new. However, if your purchase isn’t right for you, you may still be
eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We truly stand behind our products, so please reach out with your order information and we’ll be glad to assist.

Do you ship to the U.S.?
At this time, we ship within Canada only. We do not currently offer shipping to the U.S., but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
