Returns & Exchanges
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us at 📧 info@arganisse.ca with your order number before sending any item back.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item

Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label
Requests submitted beyond the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. In some cases, the product may need to be returned for quality review.
For approved damaged or incorrect items, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your package
Exchanges
If you would like a replacement, please send the product back to us unopened and sealed.

Sending it back promptly ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Items that are opened, used, or returned without requesting an exchange first cannot be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used skincare products

Items damaged due to improper use

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your request is approved.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
